2. Services
2.1 Scope of Services
Local Store offers web design, development, and maintenance services as agreed upon with the client. Any additional work beyond the initial agreement will be charged separately.
2.2 Project Timelines
Project timelines will be outlined in the contract. Delays due to client inaction, incomplete content submission, or change requests may impact the delivery schedule.
2.3 Revisions
Clients are entitled to a limited number of revisions as specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions will be charged separately.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Pricing and Invoicing
Pricing for services will be determined based on project requirements and communicated before project initiation.
3.2 Payment Schedule
- 50% advance payment is required before the project begins.
- 30% payment upon design approval.
- 20% final payment upon project completion before website deployment.
3.3 Late Payments
Delayed payments may incur late fees. Projects may be paused until outstanding payments are cleared.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all necessary content, images, and approvals in a timely manner. Local Store is not responsible for delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required materials.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to their website. However, Local Store retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio.
5.2 Copyright
Clients must ensure they have the rights to any content provided. Local Store is not liable for copyright infringements related to client-provided materials.
6. Warranty and Limitation of Liability
6.1 Website Performance
Local Store ensures that websites are delivered in functional condition. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation post-deployment.
6.2 Liability
Local Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with prior notice. Refunds will be based on the work completed and payments made. Termination fees may apply.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the project.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ranchi, Jharkhand.
10. Changes to Terms
Local Store reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
